"Application" shall refer to the application made by a customer to Reselling Done Right for availing an Online Top-Up Gold Loan / Additional Gold Loan. The Application shall be in the form of a request made in the manner and format prescribed by Reselling Done Right on it’s website (www.resellingdoneright.com), and shall form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
“Customer” for the purpose of availing Top-Up Loan shall mean, a person who has availed an existing Gold Loan from Reselling Done Right and has his Mobile number registered with Reselling Done Right.
“Customer-ID” or “Login ID” or means as unique identification number assigned to every customer
"Personal Information" shall mean and include the information provided by the Customer to Reselling Done Right.
“Online Gold LoanServices” shall mean and include all the services that customer can access and avail by login through website and mobile application
“Unauthorised Use” means any usage of Online Gold Loan Services which is not in accordance with the Terms.
“Website” shall mean and include website and online transaction portal maintained by Reselling Done Right Financial Services Limited or any vendor appointed by Reselling Done Right Financial Services Limited from time to time.
To avail the Top-Up Loan, the Customer has to click his Live Photo only. The Customer is not authorised to choose an image from the gallery and upload. The Customer shall ensure that, the Live Photo is not blurred. The file size of the Live Photo shall not exceed 2MB. The Customer shall not use any other image to be captured/third party images captured in the Live Photo. The Customer shall ensure the Live Photo does not include any anti-social element(s)/ object and should not be obscene in nature. If the Live Photo is rejected for whatsoever reason, an alert will be sent to the registered mobile number of the Customer.
The Customer shall be deemed to have unconditionally agreed to and accepted these Terms and Conditions by submitting the Application for availing Top-Up Loan/Additional Loan and/or by performing a transaction, in the form and manner prescribed by Reselling Done Right from time to time.
The Customer hereby represents and warrants that he/she is fully aware that, the instant live photo clicked by him/her shall be affixed to his/her Top-Up Loan Application / Additional Loan Application and hereby grants permission to Reselling Done Right to affix/ reproduce the Live Photo on the Top-Up Loan / Additional Loan Application.
Reselling Done Right shall not be liable for any claims relating to the Live Photo shared by the Customer. The Customer shall be solely responsible for the Live photo, Reselling Done Right is merely affixing the same on the Application at the request of the Customer and shall not be liable for any claims relating to the Live photo.
The Customer confirms that use of the Live Photo shared by the Customer shall not be in violation of any intellectual property rights of the Live Photo. The Customer understand that Reselling Done Right shall have the right to reject, refuse, cancel the Online Loan Application and Reselling Done Right may recall the Online Top-Up Loan if granted, if the Live Photo shared by does not meet the aforesaid guidelines.
Reselling Done Right may in its sole discretion decline/refuse to grant Online Top-Up Loan / Additional Loan, without assigning any reason whatsoever to the Customer.
The Customer agrees that the Live Photo shared, is free from any Spyware, Malware, Virus or any other content which is harmful to Reselling Done Right.
Reselling Done Right may issue the Top-Up Loan(s) / Additional Loan/Renewal of Existing Gold Loan pursuant to the Customer making an Application for Online Top-Up Loan / Additional Loan/ Renewal of Existing Gold Loan and agreeing to the applicable terms and conditions in the form and manner prescribed by Reselling Done Right in this regard. Reselling Done Right shall maintain records of these Applications and other consents/instructions in such manner as may be deemed suitable by Reselling Done Right.
The Customer is entitled to choose the Scheme as per his/her requirement and agrees to pay the charges applicable to the selected scheme/s.
The Online Top-Up Loan/Additional Loan amount shall be disbursed in the account number registered with Reselling Done Right. The Top-Up Loan/Additional Loan amount shall be disbursed within 8 days from the date of submission of the Loan Application, subject to adherence of the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
The Customer shall be bound to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all the policies stipulated by Reselling Done Right from time to time in relation to the Top-Up Loan/ Renewal of Existing Gold Loan. Reselling Done Right may, at its sole discretion, refuse to accept the Application or to issue Top-Up Loan/ Renewal of Existing Gold Loan to the Customer.
The Customer agrees that in the event the Customer avails of any services/ facilities offered by Reselling Done Right through the Website, the Customer shall be bound by all the terms and conditions stipulated by Reselling Done Right pertaining to such services/facilities, offered by Reselling Done Right and availed by the Customer through the Website.
In consideration of Reselling Done Right providing the Top-Up Loan/Additional Loan/Renewal of Existing Gold Loan to the Customer in relation to the Scheme opted by the Customer, the Customer hereby agrees to indemnify and keep Reselling Done Right indemnified from and against all actions, claims, demands, proceedings, losses, damages, personal injury, costs (including legal costs) (hereinafter 'Claim'), charges and expenses whatsoever which Reselling Done Right may at any time incur, sustain, suffer or be put to as a consequence of or by reason of or arising out of:
Reselling Done Right shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any/all actions, claims, demands, proceedings, losses, damages, personal injury (including actual or perceived loss of reputation, defamation or the like) (hereinafter 'Dispute') and costs, charges and expenses whatsoever, arising directly or indirectly out of:
Reselling Done Right shall under no circumstance be held liable to the Customer if the Online Gold Loan Services is not available in the desired manner for reasons including but not limited to natural calamities, legal restraints, faults in the telecommunication network or network failure, or any other reason beyond the control of Reselling Done Right.
Under no circumstances shall Reselling Done Right be liable for any damages whatsoever whether such damages are direct, indirect, incidental consequential and irrespective of whether any claim is based on loss of revenue, interruption of business or any loss of any character or nature whatsoever and whether sustained by the Customer or by any other person. Illegal or improper use of the Online Gold Loan Services shall render the Customer liable for payment of financial charges as decided by Reselling Done Right or will result in suspension/termination of the Online Gold Loan Services extended to such Customer/s. The aforesaid does not limit Reselling Done Right’s right to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against such Customers.

Any government charges, duty or debits, or tax payable as a result of the availing the Top-Up Loan shall be the Customer’s responsibility and if imposed upon Reselling Done Right (either directly or indirectly), Reselling Done Right shall subject to prevailing charges as applicable in respect of the Top Up Loan, debit such charges, duty or tax from the Top up Loan availed prior to disbursal of the Loan.
The Customer should assume that everything he/she views or reads on the online platform (collectively referred to as "Content") is copyrighted/protected by intellectual property laws unless otherwise provided and may not be used, except as provided in these terms, without the prior written permission of Reselling Done Right.
Reselling Done Right reserve the right to hold all copyright on the Content displayed on the Online Platform. Nothing contained on the Platform or Website(s) should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppels, or otherwise, any license or right to use any intellectual property displayed on the Website(s) without the written permission of Reselling Done Right or such third party that may own the intellectual property displayed on the Platform.
Reselling Done Right grants the right to access the Platform to the Customer and use the Online Services in accordance with the terms of service mentioned herein. The Customer understands that the Reselling Done Right disclaims all and any liability, whether direct or indirect, whether arising out of loss or otherwise arising out of any failure or inability by the Reselling Done Right to honour any Customer instruction for whatsoever reason.
The grant of Online Gold Loan Services to a Customer is not transferable under any circumstance and shall be used only by the Customer.
Reselling Done Right shall have the absolute discretion to amend or supplement any of these Terms and Conditions, features and benefits offered to the Customer including, without limitation to, changes which affect interest charges or rates and methods of calculation at any time.
Reselling Done Right shall notify/communicate the amended Terms and Conditions by hosting the same on the Reselling Done Right's website or in any other manner as decided by Reselling Done Right. The Customer shall be responsible for regularly viewing these Terms and Conditions, including amendments thereto as may be posted on Reselling Done Right’s website and shall be deemed to have accepted the amended Terms and Conditions by continuing to use the Top-Up Loan / Additional Loan. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be determined to be invalid or unenforceable under any rule, law, or regulation of any governmental agency, local, or state, the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be affected.

The Customer may request for termination of the Online Gold Loan Services any time by giving a written notice to Reselling Done Right at any of its branches. The Customer will remain responsible for transactions made on his/her account(s) prior to the time of such cancellation of the Online Gold Loan Services.
Reselling Done Right may at its sole discretion, at any time without giving notice or reasons suspend or terminate all or any of the Online Services offered by the Reselling Done Right and/or use by the Customer including for reasons such as:
Breach of these terms by the Customer & Knowledge or information about the death, bankruptcy or legal incapacity of the Customer.
Notices to the Customer may be given through any medium of communication as may be deemed appropriate by the Reselling Done Right i.e. Reselling Done Right’ s website (www.resellingdoneright.com) or email, sms, public notification at Branches, or through newspapers, radio, TV etc. Such notices will have the same effect as a notice served individually to each Customer.
